President and Chief Executive Officer, George Kasee
George Kasee is the President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Since acquiring the Company, Mr. Kasee has been engaged in the expansion of the Company's new technologies, product lines, distribution channels and financial strategies. From 1999-2003, Mr. Kasee was the Chief Executive Officer of Maxwell Molding, which specialized in custom injection molding. Furthermore, Mr. Kasee was a Vice President of Sales for Aspen Technologies, a world leader in process manufacturing optimization, located in Cambridge, MA.
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Jason Foringer, JD
Jason Foringer is the Executive Vice President, Member of the Board and Chief Operations Officer of the Company. Mr. Foringer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company. As a practicing attorney, Mr. Foringer is also directly responsible for the oversight of all the Company's patents, intellectual property and other legal responsibilities. Furthermore, Mr. Foringer brings over 10 years of international manufacturing experience to the company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Foringer was the Vice President of Manufacturing and General Counsel for Admiral Toys, Inc. In this position, Mr. Foringer was accountable for the design and development of new product lines and all domestic and international manufacturing. Previous to this, Mr. Foringer held various legal positions including positions at the Department of Justice and Office of the Independent Counsel, Kenneth W. Starr.
Chief Technology Officer, Samuel Kim, PhD.
Dr. Samuel Kim brings over 12 years of international technology commercialization experience to the company. Dr. Kim received his BS and MS in Engineering from Stanford University and a Dual PhD in Electrical Engineering and Nanotechnology from the University of Washington. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Kim was the Vice President of Business Development at Applied Nanotech, Inc., where he led all business efforts to generate revenues from a portfolio of nanotechnology focused technologies. Dr. Kim has previously served on various advisory boards for many high tech companies. Dr. Kim brings expertise in a wide variety of fields including nanomaterials, nanosensors, nanoelectronics, semiconductors, photovoltaics, printed electronics, biotechnology, and medical devices. Dr. Kim will be leading efforts relating to technology R&D, intellectual property, and business development.
